Enrichment activities
A hands-on break from classroom routines.
Hands-on culinary experience for schools that educates, engages & inspires…
Through professional chef-led and guided hands-on cooking activities, the ICCA Culinary Discovery Initiative inspires students to work together, explore creativity through food, and learn practical life skills in a fun way.
Each session is designed to build confidence, teamwork, communication, and curiosity, while giving students an experience they will remember long after the workshop ends.

Students are welcomed into the kitchen and introduced to the activity by ICCA Chef Instructors. Each student receives an apron and chef hat for a fully immersive culinary learning experience.
Step-by-step guided cooking — from ingredient preparation to dish assembly. Students learn techniques, kitchen safety and hygiene while working together as teams.
Students present their finished dishes and enjoy what they have cooked together — a rewarding finish to a complete 3-hour culinary experience at the ICCA.
